       Because words are the sharpest swords, the strongest bullets, and the most hurtful weapon. They are the most deadly and the worst thing is, they're always disregarded saying     "It's only words, they shouldn't hurt you." I am Cowardice, I am Hate. I am Jealousy, I cannot relate. Who am I, to spill tears over the wicked When I cannot feel anything but sickened? Who am I, to turn fear to anger, into a split second of self hate. Should I receive a deadly fate? I feel anguish for comfort is close but far. I have feelings I should not have, For dangerous is what they are. Relation is indifferent and impossible. My jumbled and nervous feelings make me feel like and idiot, that much is plausible. One star is always brighter than the other. Thus, making the outshined one feel hateful, jealous, unloved. The brighter star will try to reach out, though in return the dim one will turn away to preserve the pride. Though at night, while the dim one is ignored, the dim one will cry to itself for every hateful word the dim had said to the bright.

You say you fight for justice, you say you fight for rights. I see you fight for your purposes, sometimes they just aren't nice. You say you're the hero, you say you care for victims. I see you as a villain, uncaring as you spit on a homeless man. You say you'll be there forever, you say you care. I see you leaving tomorrow, laughing at her empty tears.You may say, but I shall see.

He who cries to the moon at night, looks to the skies for comforting light. Though, it is no light he sees only the dark of night. He who cries to the stars that shine, looks to their light. Only to find that within his pain, he loses track of time. With cuts on his heart, leaving scars. He has yet to find comfort from the stars.
